Home Affairs Official swearing at customer
I think it is disgraceful that a Home Affairs Official is permitted to swear at customers. We were in the queue as per instructions from the previous people. People with numbers ahead of us had not yet joined the queue. When the number was called to different officials had to actually go look for them. We told very rudely to f*#@ off. And loud enough for everyone to hear. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
